By using the 45B Gov App ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and facilitates community endorsements for Intersect Committee elections. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intersect.

3. User Content

Any content you submit (endorsements, comments) will be publicly visible. You are responsible for what you post. Content that violates community standards may be removed without notice.

4. Content Moderation

Content may be hidden automatically if reported by other users, or by administrators. Administrators may remove improper content at any time.

5. Authentication

Login is provided via X (Twitter) OAuth. We request read-only access to your public profile. We do not store your X password.

6. Data & Privacy

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
